As a former D1 soccer player and US Olympic Marathon Trials qualifier in 2020 and 2024r, Kelsey has vast experience feeling the demands of multiple types of sports. Creating a strategic nutrition plan to address the individual athlete’s nutrition requirements in every part of a season has countless benefits. She currently contracts with 3 Division 1 NCAA collegiate programs and is the official sports dietitian of professional track team, Atlanta Track Club Elite.

What does 1:1 services with Meteor Include:

  • 1 hour kick off appointment to assess goals, nutritional status, training demands, food preferences/habits, and background health (60 minutes)

  • Clear roadmap of reaching nutritional goals after first session

  • Appointments every 10-14 days (30 minutes)

  • Detailed notes after every appointment

  • Race specific fueling and hydration plan updated as needed for optimal tolerance

  • Food journaling in app for weekday support (optional)

  • Built in messenger via app for weekday support

  • Access to customized lab panels + GI microbiome testing (provided to client at cost)

  • Nutrition therapy in the event of injury (soft tissue, bones, etc.)

  • Specific Supplement protocol if indicated

After completing the application, Kelsey will contact you to set up a complimentary discovery call to get to know each other and see if you both would be a good fit to work together to address your goals. Suppose you two appear to be a good fit. In that case, next step will be enrolling you into a nutrition program and scheduling first hour long appointment either at Meteor Headquarters or remotely ( secured video conferencing or phone call).
