I reached out to Kelsey because, I was looking for help in training for a marathon, optimizing both fueling for the actual race and also the heavy training plan building up to the race.

My biggest nutrition frustrations with my nutrition were being under fueled for both training runs and races, afternoon and night snacking, not accounting for hidden calories
My success with nutrition turned into eating more before runs, eating a balanced breakfast, incorporating more vegetables into lunches and dinners, tracking calories for accountability, being ok if I am not a perfect eater 100% of the time.
Since working with Kelsey, I feel much better on my runs after being properly fueled throughout the day.
