Meteor Client: Honya

Honya ran her first marathon this weekend in a time of 3:27! What we are most proud to celebrate is the commitment to shift her nutrition from restriction to fueling to properly allow her body to handle the miles needed to marathon debut with such a fast time. 

Prior to working together, Honya like many runners was challenged with the concept of fueling and her body was showing signs that her nutrition was not supporting the amount of training she asked her body to do. Each appointment, we have been working on both mindset and actual strategies around fueling. In her marathon, it seemed it click. She saw her body thriving instead of just surviving, which opened new doors for her. 

We all only get 24 hours per day. With juggling so many responsibilities in life, fueling allows us to better manage everything we are continuously asking our bodies to do, and makes running a heck of a lot more fun!
