Go Meteor Bars
Go Macro Bars? Never heard of her. Try these fall flavored Go Meteor bars!
Ingredients:
4 cups oats, rolled
-1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
-2 cups smooth peanut butter, or nut butter
-1 1/4 cup maple syrup
-2/3 cups chocolate chips
-2/3 cups dried cranberries ( or golden raisins, dried tart cherries)
-2 tsp cinnamon
-sprinkle salt ( to taste)
Directions:
To a bowl add oats and pumpkin seeds, stir until combined
Gently stir in chocolate chips, dried fruit, cinnamon, and salt
Line baking sheet with parchment paper, use mug to pat down batter
Freeze for ten minutes
Evenly cut into bars
