Kelsey started working with Atlanta track club and I just thought after seeing 4 GI doctors that couldn’t help me maybe she could get me on some type of diet that would help some of my symptoms. 

I had a lot of bad experiences with doctors and felt like they were not listening to me. I had a lot of extra fatigue on runs, frequent headaches and a lot of stomach issues both during runs and in normal everyday activities. My iron and vitamin D levels were low despite supplementation. 

I really felt like I was trying to do everything right nutritionally and could not figure out what was wrong on my own. Kelsey has been amazing at helping me diagnose both what was going wrong with my nutrition as well as gave me the confidence to find a doctor that has been able to help me with my GI issues. 

I really started feeling better in workouts after about 3 to 4 months, less headaches, and my labs have looked a lot better. I got injured in the middle of getting my nutrition back on track, which gave me a lot of time to focus on nutrition and how to stay healthy long term.

As I am getting back slowly after having time off for injury I am noticing I have a lot more energy and just feel a lot better in workouts than I was feeling before. I have really learned so much this year and am looking forward to having some really great performances running coming up!

Since working with Meteor Nutrition, I know that it has helped me overall just learn about timing of nutrition around workouts and ratios of carbohydrates and protein and fats. I believe it's going to play one of the biggest roles in keeping me injury free as well as feeling good running and on a day to day basis. For me it was 100% worth it.
