I reached out to Meteor for a few reasons. First, I was confused on how much I should be fueling. I was constantly questioning if I was eating enough or too much causing me to change things all the time and never able to figure out if anything was truly working. Second, after a disappointing spring race my coach and I started looking at other areas that need attention. Right away he felt like I was underfueling and needed some guidance. 

Prior to working with Sara, my biggest challenges were overcoming underfueling. I was drastically undereating carbs specifically. I think my biggest frustration was not knowing where to start. With Sara's help I am so much better informed!

I think my success is ongoing! I have been able to achieve or progress in all the goals Sara and I have set up. My fueling strategy has greatly changed since working with Sara and I saw the benefits almost right away. I have seen steady progress in my training and how I feel since working with Meteor. I have completed my highest mileage weeks ever while still feeling great. I see a huge difference in my recovery between hard sessions! 

Working with Meteor has been a tremendous investment in not just my training but in my health! If you want long term success I would absolutely recommend working with Meteor.
