I started working with Brigit while training for my first marathon. What I learned from her about fueling (not only for the race but for my day to day training) was instrumental in helping me cross the finish line on race day.
Brigit definitely didn't come in with a "one size fits all" kind of plan - it was very tailored to my lifestyle, needs, and dietary restrictions. I worked with her post marathon training as well and we discussed everything from grocery shopping to how to balance a take out meal.
The experience definitely changed the way that I cook and eat out and train in a very positive way.
